Damaged Ceiling

After a cold snap in the Syracuse, NY area this home suffered from a burst pipe in the ceiling. A pipe in the ceiling leaked down into the dining room causing the drywall to bubble. Our crew arrived on-site to start mitigation. We cut the affected drywall and removed the insulation. This way, we could dry the subfloor of the room above the dining room as well as the affected framing and studs. The homeowner will have the drywall and insulation replaced now that all materials have dried. Once the repair is completed, you'll never be able to tell that this room suffered water damage.
